Kadock Consulting Services, LLC is a New York State firm that provides services to diverse businesses throughout the Hudson valley, across the country and internationally.
Dr.Vincent Odock has over 20 years of experience in the Business and Economic fields. As a fully tenured professor within the State University of New York system, Dr. Odock shares his passion and knowledge of Economics with college students in the United States and other countries. Dr. Vincent Odock is a published author of various Economic articles and textbooks. Included in these articles is his most recent titled “Is a Debt Crisis/Federal Government Bankruptcy Imminent in the USA?”─an Econometric analysis. He is also the coauthor of a widely used college textbook titled, “Exploration in Microeconomics”, now in its 3rd edition.
He has served on the CCEOC Board of Directors (Cornell University Co-Operative Extension, Middletown, NY) for about 7 years and has been a member of the Finance Committee. He was a member, and past president and treasurer of the Board of Directors of Literacy Volunteers of America. Dr. Odock continues to hold membership at the American Economic Association. He is a past member of American Society of Quality (ASQC) and Quality Audit Division.
Building on his expertise and years of experience, Dr. Odock provides his clients with personalized service and the necessary tools needed to achieve competitive advantage in domestic and global markets.

Mrs. Karen Odock is a New York State Certified Mental Health peer and personal counselor. She has years of experience in developing decision-making strategies that link families to available benefits..
Mrs. Odock has worked with Transitional High Risk Youth, exploring benefits in their plan that link programs to help shape their goals. She is a Certified Astor Care Parent in ABC Modification through the New York State Department of Social Services. Her Master’s Degree Thesis titled: “ The Relationship Between Female Sexual Child Abuse and Later Depression in Adult Females” will be utilized in children’s programs for the benefit of prevention services.
Mrs. Odock holds a Certification with the New York State Surrogate Decision- Making Committee involving, Quality Care for the mentally disabled and persons with disabilities. She has served on the Orange County Regional Mental Advisory Board. Mrs. Odock is currently a Board Member of Mental Health Association, Orange County, New York. Her experience, education, credentials and volunteer participation is consistent with her goals in Humanities.
Mrs. Odock has over 15 years in benefits advisement, exploring benefits for clients, and working with those that are mentally and physically challenged. She provides her clients with guidelines for obtaining state/federal benefits and the sources of these benefits.
